Training Session in using ArcGIS Explorer with Mike Athanson
For volunteers interested in learning, and learning about, the basics of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) for archaeological and historical research in East Oxford.

ArcGIS Explorer is currently the most versatile and useful introductory GIS package available. Dr. Mike Athanson (Bodleian Map Room and OUCS) will lead a training day for us on Saturday 28 April. This will take place in the Computer Teaching Room, Department for Continuing Education, Rewley House, 1 Wellington Square, Oxford OX1 2JA.
This is a hands-on session. Places are strictly limited to 16 - the number of networked PCs in the room. To reserve a place please email jane@archeox.net
