Rebecca Nicholson, Head of Environmental Archaeology at Oxford Archaeology, will talk about and demonstrate processing techniques for environmental material gathered during flotation, following soil sampling on site (a large number of soil samples from our Bartlemas excavation and Test Pits were recently floated at OA by project volunteers together with Jo).

This will be the first of several sessions processing the results (dates and venues TBC).
