SORRY EVENT FULLY BOOKED

This is the second of two stone tool identification sessions with Alison Roberts (curator of European and early prehistory at the Ashmolean) and Olaf Bayer from the Archeox project. The session will look at Neolithic and Early Bronze Age artefacts, and will be a valuable opportunity to learn about and handle characteristic stone tools and debitage from these periods.

 

The session will run from 2:00 to 4:30pm in the Ashmolean Museum Education Studio. Places are limited and will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis, to reserve a place contact: olaf@archeox.net

 

Please use the Ashmolean staff entrance on St Giles (between Ashmolean and Ioannou Classics building) and assemble at 13:50 sharp as the entrance is not normally open to the public.
